The continued support of dedicated people makes this convention a reality instead of another gamers'
dream. Volunteer work includes game mastering, security details, errand running, assisting attendees
in the gaming areas, helping in registration, and more. By donating your talent, time and expertise,
you help ensure that the Total Confusion experience is of the highest quality while learning more about
the convention and developing new friendships.
Usually all that is required is dedication, trust, creativity, and enthusiasm.

If you are interested in being an on-site volunteer, please complete the Volunteer Form and submit it
by mail or turn it in on-site to registration. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact
Michelle Graham. All Volunteers must register for the convention.
You will be reimbursed when your volunteer hours have been completed.
Any Volunteer, Game Master or Referre that contributes 2 hours of time towards Total Confusion on site during the convention will receive $6.00 dollars in credit towards their account.
Reimbursement will be pre-preloaded into the registration system. This is a credit loaded into the registration system that may be used towards any purchase online including but not limited towards; badge, t-shirt, glass, mugs or any other purchasable item available in the online system. If you do not pre-register, reimbursement will be made within 30 days from the end of the convention. Reimbursement will be made via PayPal unless other arrangements have been made.
NOTICE: GMs are required to fill out the GM envelopes in their entirety. They are considered the “GM Time Sheet”. Without them we cannot confirm your event ran and thus reimbursement may be delayed or denied if the envelopes are not filled out and returned to Event office, registration desk or another Total Confusion staff member. If a Volunteer, Referre, or Game Master has been given credit upfront and does not complete the hours submitted, that person will be asked for payment and may be denied the opportunity to volunteer in the future
Associates are volunteers who have been promoted from the general volunteer pool. They have a committed
schedule and are assigned to a designated area during the convention. Many Associates have become Senior
Staff members of Total Confusion.
The Associate program differs from the standard volunteer program because Associates generally spend at
least 32 hours working at the convention, in addition to having important duties assigned to them (both
pre-convention duties and on-site duties).
